Delicious home-made Italian cooking. Nicolas prides itself
on the quality and freshness of the food which is prepared
with excellent quality local produce.
The Restaurant with it’s intimate and welcoming décor
has won the 2006 Gold Plate WA Division for Unlicensed Dining
and is in the running for the 2007 Gold Plate Awards. Nicolas
is also determined to keep the title for the 2007 National
Food Service Equipment South West Awards for Excellence which
they won in 2006.
Ian - owner and chef, started cooking at the young age of
14, picking up all the tricks of the trade in no time at all.
His passion grew and he always dreamed of owning his own restaurant.
In 2005, with his wife Jennifer they took over Nicola’s
and brought it back to it’s former glory. After a short
2 year period, the restaurant has tripled in size.
Ian and Jennifer met in Busselton while Ian was the executive
chef at the Geographe Bay View Resort. Jennifer comes from
a history of hospitality workers with a European background.
By nature they love giving great service to all their patrons
and are always striving for excellent customer service.
Ian, who has been in the hospitality trade for twenty six
years, confesses to still have a passion for his work. He
enjoys creating tempting and enticing Italian cuisine for
his customers who always leave feeling they were treated to
a warm atmosphere provided by the candlelit tables, efficient
and friendly service and a generous sized meal that has their
mouth watering before it gets to the table.

suit families, couples and large groups. As you sit and enjoy
your meal you will be treated to a stunning display of pictures
of Italy that make you feel like you could just step inside.
